No mood to go online these days - because i am on like 14 hours a day anyways at work - and there have been atleast 2-3 nights recently where ive actually left my laptop alone as soon as i got home and picked on a book instead. (Much to my mom's delight)

News: Travel plans confirmed. Im probably going to Brazil, China & Germany - in that order - in Aug / Sep on pending work - but this time strangely - im not too keen on too many trips - because i typically run into my old overcrowding problem - and its one thing im working hard to avoid.

I am getting a nice hang of the leather tanning business and i really can understand why people love this business inspite of its notoriously skewed Effort Vs Rewards ratio.

Diversion: Ive been noticing this trend off late - subtle - at first - striking - these days - the quality of tamil music (the movie music - that is) has like shot up big time - dead & buried are the days where we were forced to listen to worn warhorses like the ilayarajas, spbs and the likes.. heck - even Rahman was getting a wee bit irksome.

Today there are great young singers - kk, naresh iyer, krish, harish raghavendra..so on.. gr8 new music directors too - movie albums too are like never before - fresh.

Going to Madurai with a visitor for the weekend and back in time for another visitor - *sigh* i sometimes wish i cud take 10 days off and think about why im mindlessly whiling away my life :)
